Once upon a time, in a place where old villages met modern cities, there lived a lovely little girl. Everyone called her Little Red Riding Hood because she always wore a red hooded cape that her grandmother had given her.

Little Red Riding Hood wasn't just adorable; she was also very smart. She had taken safety education classes and knew a lot about protecting herself. Her mother often taught her how to stay safe when going out.

One day, her mother said to Little Red Riding Hood, "Grandma is sick. I've made some nutritious meals and packed her medicine. Could you please deliver them to her?"

Little Red Riding Hood nodded, "Of course, Mom. Grandma lives in the cottage beyond the forest. I know the way."

Her mother carefully placed the food and medicine in a backpack with thermal insulation, then reminded Little Red Riding Hood, "Remember our safety rules: don't leave the main path, don't talk to strangers, and text me as soon as you arrive at Grandma's house."

"I will, Mom. I'm also wearing my safety watch, so I can call you immediately if there's an emergency," Little Red Riding Hood said, pointing to the smart watch on her wrist.

Her mother hugged her, "Great! You're such a responsible child. Be careful on your way."

Little Red Riding Hood put on the backpack, adjusted her beloved red hood, and set off for her grandmother's house. She had walked this path many times, with beautiful forest scenery on both sides.

Halfway through the forest, Little Red Riding Hood noticed a stranger standing at a fork in the road. He was a tall man wearing a dark coat and sunglasses, somewhat resembling the big bad wolf from fairy tales.

"Hello, little girl," the stranger smiled, "Where is such a pretty little girl going all by herself?"

Little Red Riding Hood remembered her mother's words and remained polite but cautious, "I'm just taking a walk." She didn't reveal that she was going to her grandmother's house.

"There are many beautiful wildflowers in the forest," the stranger pointed to a secluded path and said, "The flowers over there are especially beautiful. Would you like to go see them?"

Little Red Riding Hood shook her head, "Thank you, but I need to stay on the main path. Goodbye." She quickened her pace and continued along the main road, secretly pressing the location-sharing button on her watch so her mother could see where she was.

The stranger seemed a bit disappointed, but Little Red Riding Hood didn't look back and kept walking forward determinedly.

After Little Red Riding Hood had gone far enough, the stranger chose a shortcut, planning to reach Grandmother's house first. What he didn't know was that Little Red Riding Hood's safety watch had already recorded his image and sent it to her mother.

When her mother saw the alert, she immediately contacted Little Red Riding Hood: "Honey, did you encounter a stranger?"

"Yes, Mom, but I didn't tell him anything about Grandma or where I was going, and I didn't leave the main path."

"Well done! I'm worried that person might have bad intentions. I've notified the forest rangers, and they'll keep an eye out for him. Keep going, but stay alert, okay?"

"Okay, Mom."

Meanwhile, the stranger had already taken a shortcut to Grandmother's cottage. He knocked on the door, imitating Little Red Riding Hood's voice: "Grandma, it's me, Little Red Riding Hood."

But the clever grandmother looked through the peephole in her window and saw that it wasn't Little Red Riding Hood at the door, but a strange man. Grandmother didn't open the door but instead spoke through the intercom beside the door: "Who are you? My granddaughter doesn't look like that."

The stranger realized his disguise had been discovered and was about to leave when the forest rangers arrived. It turned out that the mother's report had alerted them, and they had been tracking this suspicious person.

The rangers stopped and questioned the stranger, discovering he was a criminal with previous offenses who specialized in impersonating delivery personnel or relatives to scam elderly people. They immediately took him away.

When Little Red Riding Hood arrived at her grandmother's house, the rangers had just finished handling the situation. Little Red Riding Hood knocked and said through the intercom, "Grandma, it's me, Little Red Riding Hood."

After confirming it was Little Red Riding Hood through the peephole, Grandmother opened the door to let her in. Little Red Riding Hood hugged her grandmother and then sent a message to her mother to let her know she had arrived safely.

"Grandma, I've brought the nutritious meals Mom made and your medicine," Little Red Riding Hood said, taking the food and medicine out of her backpack.

Grandmother smiled and said, "Thank you, dear. You did very well today, staying alert when you met a stranger, not revealing personal information, and not leaving the safe path."

Little Red Riding Hood nodded, "Yes, Grandma. I remembered what you and Mom taught me about safety: don't talk to strangers, don't reveal personal information, and report any suspicious situations to adults immediately."

Grandmother stroked Little Red Riding Hood's head and said, "You did the right thing. In today's world, even children like you need to know how to protect themselves. Now, let's eat something together while we wait for your mom to come pick you up."

Little Red Riding Hood and her grandmother had a happy lunch together, talking about interesting things that happened at school. Soon after, her mother arrived at Grandmother's house, and the three of them spent a wonderful afternoon together.

On the way home, her mother praised Little Red Riding Hood for her intelligence and bravery. Little Red Riding Hood proudly said, "Mom, I want to become a safety education teacher and teach more children how to protect themselves!"

Her mother smiled and said, "That's wonderful! You're already a little safety expert today."

From then on, Little Red Riding Hood not only continued to wear her iconic red cape but also organized a safety club at school, teaching other children how to protect themselves in modern society, becoming a little hero in the hearts of many children.
